This round sports its caliber's not uncommon 140 grain projectile. It has a boat tail, the tapering of which raises its ballistic coefficient which means your shot can resist crosswinds and retain velocity downrange for many pretty impressive sniper-tier results. Sellier & Bellot made the bullet's jacket out of CuZn 10, a superb alloy for this kind of application, and sat it evenly on a manufacturer fresh brass casing. Neither this round's non-corrosive primer nor its clean burning propellant can make your rifle worse for wear for having done its job all day. |
